SIA Lango will reduce prices for several products

On January 23 of this year, upon evaluating the economic situation in the country and due to care about the consumer and considering the purchasing ability, the producer of the ready-made and instant food products, SIA Lango, will decrease the price for several products produced at the company on average by 15%. The consumers will be able to recognise the new price of the products by the special product label.

This decrease in prices has been possibly firstly due to the company’s long-term investments into the technical and technological base, which has fostered production volumes without increasing the costs, but thus promoting production profitability. Secondly, during the last half year, the company has been actively and purposefully implementing a range of efficiency promoting measures for production, as well as has organised and optimised the product assortment, improved the system of procurements of supplies and materials, and has started exporting products to Lithuania, upon establishing a subsidiary company UAB Lango LT.

The chairperson of the Board of SIA Lango , Andrejs Fraimanis explains: “This price decrease is a result of a focused work, which has been implemented within the framework of the company’s strategy. Thanks to the long-term investments, we have established a production unit, which corresponds to all legislative requirements of the EU and Latvia, and allows producing tasty and safe products with high and unchanging quality. In addition to the long-term development, operative objectives and tasks are being implemented, ensuring the ability of the company to react to the changes in the country, to follow and consider the purchasing ability of our end consumer, and to offer a high-quality product at an even more reasonable price. This is an opportunity for the buyer to maintain the previous habits and have a more comfortable life.”

Currently, the consumers are offered the following products at the new price: from the Classical salad assortment – the Spicy cheese salad, and from the Sandwich assortment – the Classical chicken fillet sandwich.
