February arrives with delicious pancakes
February is the shortest month of the year, but it is rich with the celebrations. Celebrations and gatherings is the time when we want to please ourselves with a delicious food. Lango, referring to the buyers demand, created two special kinds of pancakes.
Traditionally February has been a month of pancakes in the ancient Russia. Because pancakes were the main element during the famous festivity called Масленица. Slavic’s peoples baked round-shaped pancakes which symbolized the sun. Meanwhile ancient Latvians celebrated Meteņi to mark the conclusion of the winter. Lango, honoring the ancient tradition, has developed tasty pancakes according to the Slavic recipe: pancakes with potato-mushroom filling. These pancakes will please each buyer with a high quality, taste and a very pleasant price.

As every year the Valentine's Day is approaching people, love is in the air but the shops’ shelves are filled with pancakes with „chocolate" filling. They are as a sweet temptation. These delicious pancakes will help the customer to confess in love, to express sympathies, and the men will be able to spoil their women in the festivity of 8th March. In order to make pancakes look like a gift, Lango created a presentable look with putting red ribbon on them.
