Lango has received a funding for the market research of flour confectionary – pancakes

Ltd Lango has received the funding of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) for the project “Market research of flour confectionary – pancakes – in Latvia” These funds have been given under the program “Support of consultations and business contribution to international exhibitions and trade missions” of the development fund of Latvia and European region, administrated by the Agency.

The research, the total costs of which are nearly six thousand lats, has two parts. In the first part there will be analysed distribution or sales outlets; thus, identifying the availability of Lango and other enterprises products in the chain stores in Latvia. What is more, market quantitative and qualitative analysis will be carried out in the second part of the research in order to find out the attitude of consumers to the enterprise, their satisfaction with the assortment, recognition of the enterprise and its production among Latvian consumers.

Ltd Lango Board chairman Andrejs Fraimanis: “The branch of the prepared and instant food products in Latvia is still developing, and this is the first research that will provide statistical and market information about this branch. This research will enable Lango better to understand consumers’ habits, when choosing prepared and instant products; to improve the figures of customers’ satisfaction with products as well as to help to evaluate contemporary enterprise position in the market, and its further development.”
