• The head of Lango is again awarded the premium “Latvian best producer – distributor 2005” 04.10 06

  This year on October 5, at the formal ceremony in the Ministry of Economics the Board chairman of LLC “Lango” Andrejs Fraimanis is awarded the premium “Latvian best producer – distributor 2005”, which is established by Latvian Traders Association, the second year in row.

• Lango is the first in the Baltic States to open vending machines for salads and sandwiches 05.09 06

  This year on September 7 Lango, being the first in the Baltic States to realise a project worth 53.400 EUR, start sale of flaky sandwiches and salads by vending machines in public places.

• Lango reaches set aims and increases the turnover by 39% in the first half-year 24.07 06

  In the first half of this year Ltd “Lango”, the leading producer of prepared and instant food, operated with the turnover of 774.897 lats, which is by 39,4% more than the turnover of 555.880 lats, reached in the corresponding time period of the last year.

• Lango beginning summer with healthy green salads 13.06 06

  Ltd Lango, the leading producer of prepared and instant food products in Latvia, starts to offer a new product group – fresh salads. Already starting from today three new salads are available in stores at fuel filling stations and press sales outlets. It is planned that in the near future new products will be available in supermarkets.

• Lango opens modern prepared and instant food product unit 26.04 06

  Today, the prepared and instant food producer Ltd Lango has formally opened a new food production unit in Stopinu region. A modern production unit, value of which is 2,1 million lats, is the first enterprise of this type in the prepared and instant food production segment in the Baltic States.

• Consumers recognize Lango products to be “Product of the year” already the third year in row 08.03 06

  Ltd Lango product – pancakes with meat filling – is declared to be one of the most favourite products in 2005. Today at the formal ceremony Minister of Economics Krishjans Karinsh has handed the award “Year Product 2005”, established by Latvian Traders Association, to Lango Board chairman Andrejs Fraimanis.

• Lango continues to raise the turnover 07.02 06

  The turnover of the prepared and instant food producer Lango in 2005 reached 1,3 million lats, which is by 47% higher than that in the preceding year.
