• Lango is Awarded 86 Thousand Lats of EU Structural Funds Support 10.09 07

  On 27 August 2007, in the framework of the project ”Modernisation of Production in Accordance with Work Safety Requirements” Lango LTD was awarded 86 005.62 LVL European Union Structural Funds co-financing support.

• Lango in the half of this year reached the turnover of 1,3 million lats 20.08 07

  In the half of this year the producer of prepared and instant food products Ltd Lango reached the turnover of 1 301 332 million lats, which is by 68% higher than that of the corresponding period last year. These results have been achieved by implementing purposefully the strategy and objectives of the enterprise.

• Lango is awarded as the „The best producer – distributor of Latvia 2006” 27.06 07

  This Year on June 12 at the formal ceremony in the Ministry of Economics the Board chairman of LTD “Lango” Andrejs Fraimanis is awarded the premium “Latvian best producer – distributor 2006”, which is established by Latvian Traders Association.

• Nomination “Year Product 2006” is won by two products Lango 09.05 07

  Produced by the Ltd Lango products – classical pancakes with meat and a classical sandwich with chicken – have won the award “Year Product 2006”, established by Latvian Traders Association, which has been granted at the formal event in Latvian Society House this year on the 9th of May.

• In the first quarter Lango experienced a 46% rise of the turnover 18.04 07

  In the first quarter of this year the producer of prepared and instant food products Ltd Lango reached the turnover of 573.966 thousand lats, which is by 46% higher than that of the corresponding period last year. These results have been achieved by working out the product group of hot sandwiches in cooperation with clients, and introducing a new Everyday product group.

  Ltd LANGO supports the planned contest organised by the School of Business Administration “Turība” – “Business plan for life, not for school”, which purpose is to encourage business spirit in Latvia.

  Today, on February 21 at 11 a.m. pupils from Madona secondary school No. 1 have arrived at the company Lango within the frame of Junior Achievement – Latvia occupational guidance activity “Job Shadow Day”. Their purpose is to learn themselves and get familiar with everyday work of their planned occupation in order to make a right decision.
